The StormQuant team, an emerging leader in advanced weather technology, recently traveled to Washington, DC, where they showcased their state-of-the-art 3D Weather Viewer workstation. StormQuant’s cutting-edge Radar and Software as a Service platform will transform weather forecasting and disaster response efforts by providing real-time, immersive 3D data visualizations for decision-makers.

“We were excited to present to some of the most influential leaders in government,” said Edward Rossi, CEO of StormQuant. “Our goal is to empower policymakers with the information they need to make informed decisions that can protect communities and save lives during severe weather events.”

During their visit, StormQuant executives met with top administration officials to discuss the potential applications of their radars and 3D Weather Viewer in enhancing public safety and national infrastructure resilience. The team also met with several Congressmen, including Earl “Buddy” Carter (R-Georgia), to explore collaborative opportunities and discuss how its innovative technology can support critical initiatives in weather prediction and emergency management at a fraction of the cost of current alternatives.  The DC visit also included productive meetings with key committee staff, as well as a series of private offsite meetings designed to foster deeper engagement and collaboration.

“The StormQuant platform garnered significant interest from lawmakers and government officials eager to explore how it could assist with real-time weather monitoring and climate-related decision-making” said Tristan Rizzi, Capt. SEAL, USN (Ret), and President of StormQuant.

The 3D Weather Viewer, developed by StormQuant, allows users to visualize complex meteorological data in three dimensions, including true intra-storm wind velocity in real-time.  The platform provides enhanced situational awareness for weather forecasters, emergency managers, and government agencies.  With its advanced, proprietary radar and intuitive software interface, StormQuant will become an invaluable resource for improving response times and planning for extreme weather events.

“Our discussions on Capitol Hill reaffirmed our commitment to advancing technology that can improve the public sector’s ability to respond to climate and weather challenges,” said Paul Bruno, Chief Marketing Officer at StormQuant. “We look forward to building on these conversations and working together with lawmakers and officials to ensure our technology can make a positive impact.”

The StormQuant team’s visit to Washington, DC, marks a significant step forward in the company’s mission to bring its innovative solution to the forefront of government operations and emergency response strategies.
