Lance Zaklan

Chief Technology Officer, Software Visionary / Developer

Mr. Zaklan is StormQuant’s Development Head. For over thirty years, he has successfully developed software and algorithms in varied environments. Mr. Zaklan has participated in several successful IPOs and acquisitions. He was educated at the University of Oregon.

Mr. Zaklan has designed and developed code generators, remote diagnostics tools, replication engines, production rule frameworks, navigation systems, and embedded systems for Amdahl, Informix, Oracle, deCarta, and Uber. He spent seven years at Amdahl as an architect, four years at Informix while working on replication engines, seven years at Intertrust designing digital rights management, and eight years at deCarta and Uber leading teams to develop and implement turn-by-turn navigation systems. He has created several IoT devices and developed extensively on mobile systems.
