Mr. Rossi is a multi-faceted and successful Silicon Valley-based entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Cal Door & Drawer. Over the past 35 years, Cal Door has grown from a regional supplier to one of the country’s largest manufacturers and wholesale suppliers to the construction industry (www.CalDoor.com).

Early in his career, Mr. Rossi branched out and created an independent finance and leasing company. His experience with investing and finance eventually took him into the banking industry. He is one of the original founders of Pinnacle Bank (OTCQB: PBNK). Mr. Rossi is currently Pinnacle Bank’s Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Pinnacle Bank ALCO committee. Pinnacle Bank is a premier business bank with operations in Silicon Valley. During the past 20 years, it has grown organically from a start-up bank to nearly one billion in assets.

Mr. Rossi wrote the first check that launched StormQuant and is its majority investor. As StormQuant’s Board Chairman and CEO, Mr. Rossi shepherded this company from an idea in a small Silicon Valley office to a bi-coastal company with patented installed technology. StormQuant’s game-changing 3-D hardware and software weather platform was initially installed in Florida and has since caught the attention of NOAA, NASA, the USAF and various states as well as major private aerospace companies. Under Mr. Rossi’s leadership, StormQuant is poised to change the way the world sees and reacts to weather.
