Charles “Chuck” Exley brings a wealth of expertise in valuation, financial analysis, and project management. His career has spanned roles in corporate finance, venture capital, and board leadership. Mr. Exley has consistently driven financial and operational success across multiple high-tech industries that include AI, SaaS, biotechnology, semiconductor, and cloud computing companies.

Mr. Exley began his career as an analyst with MassMutual and then as an equity analyst for a family office, honing his skills in investment evaluation and market strategy. He later joined Alamo Equities as a Venture Partner, where he played a pivotal role in funding and scaling innovative startups and headed multiple private placements. As a Founder and Director of Finance for Seed2A, a venture capital fund, he spearheaded investments in and supported early-stage ventures.

In his previous role as CFO at Rezonent Corporation, Mr. Exley oversaw financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth. He currently serves on the Boards of Bump Social and MDD Inc., where he leverages his expertise to guide strategic decision-making.
